Refund policy

 *Items purchased on sale (including promotional codes) are Exchangeable incase you need a different size , after 14 days it’s a FINAL SALE.*

Not satisfied with your Gilber Gilmore purchase? We accept returns and exchanges for eligible full price items.

Returns & Exchanges:

To request a return, please contact info@gilbergilmore.com. If the order is qualified, a representative will process a shipping label for you and deliver via. email

Items must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped. It must also be in the original packaging (shoe box/tag placements,etc.). 

Exchanges and returns are processed within 7 days. Refunds may vary depending on various banking providers. We cannot continue with the return if the original order has not been received.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor/designer directly.

Once the order is returned to us, the refund will process immediately, minus the shipping. 

Gilber Gilmore reserves the right to decline any refunds or exchange if any requirements (previously mentioned above) are not met.

Note for online returns: A return shipping fee of $20 (domestic)/$50 (international) will be deducted from your overall refund. We do not refund original shipping cost.

Our online & in-store return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.

Orders must be received within 5-7 days of return/exchange approval from an gilber gilmore representative.

Store Credit / Gift Card will be valid for ONE YEAR.
